EV Trips Ghana is run by Mohammed Zenuwah in Accra. This page explains what we collect on evtripsghana.com, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the launch list. We store it with the date you signed up and the country your connection came from. Nothing else.
- Anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, the site that sent you here, browser and device type, and country. We use Umami, which we run on our own server. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not follow you across other websites.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not record your visit at all.
What we use it for
- To send you one email when EV Trips Ghana launches.
- To understand how many people visit and which pages are useful.
We do not sell or share your email address, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
- The launch list is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site.
- Visit statistics are stored on our own server.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it. If EV Trips Ghana does not launch, we delete the list. Visit statistics are anonymous and kept so we can see how use of the site changes over time.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@evtripsghana.com and we will act on it within a week.
Changes
If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
